Degree/backgroundCollege degree or above, graduated from financial, secretarial, commercial or related.


Experience4/6 years or above experience as manager or director assistant, preferably in multinational company


Technical background preferred.


Language
Excellent commend in both English (oral and written) and Mandarin
Good knowledge of legal and technical terminology both in Mandarin and in English


Other requirementsMature with good attention for details and the ability to efficiently handle and organize a diversified range of activities/ Good interpersonal skill and ability to cooperate with other parties in behalf of the Company/ Flexibility, attitude to focus on objectives and reach the expected results /Excellent communication skills / Excellent computer skill with MS-office, Word, Excel.
